I like this app because I can open it anytime and learn casually. But the lessons are short and the exercises way too easy. There's almost no practicing, only adding a few missing words there and there. I'm still pretty much a beginner, but it's evident to me that I won't learn everything I should know, or become an "expert" by completing lessons here. I like this app, but there are better resources here, with in-depth lessons, with complex exercises, better exemples, some with goals like developing a game, etc. There are extensive books, some available for free online, and more tutorials out there. In my opinion if you really want to learn programming you should search elsewhere, and use this app for what it is: a good way to casually learn the basics of a language and interact with other programmers, but by no means an in-depth guide to programming. And of course practicing by trying to code what you want, whether a website, a game, or an app, will also help you. You'll probably encounter a lot of bugs and issues and end up searching for solutions online, which is good.
