I want to make a very simple website

Question

What should I learn to make a website where my colleagues will search for some information that I entered.
For example they will search for 'ASFTR' and they should receive info about it if I have confirmed or added it's details to the website or database.
And I wanna be able to let others to update or add those details to the database where I will be able to make the process as a super user or as an admin.
I have already finished HTML basics and started css thanks for your input and advice on advance.
