For app development:
Java
C#
C++
C
In that order, goes from easiest to hardest.

For web development:
HTML first
CSS for design
JavaScript for interaction
JQuery an extension of JS
PHP for servers

For data management:
SQL

Stay away from these:

Python: Slow and likely to die by 2020.

Ruby: Slow and likely to die before Python.

Swift: Only runs on Apple and you need a Mac to code.
