How to be hired?

I have started learning code few months ago. I have completed C| C++|HTML|CSS now I'm learning JavaScript, and planning to learn jQuery and PHP after it. How to get knowledge of actual work that is done in company ? How to gain confidence ? How I can be hired?

practice,be good at one or two languages and do a project on it because there must be enough data to fill your resume...so practice and practice u will automatically gain confidence
