Can someone help me whith prestashop in local installation ?

i'm using wampp for installing prestashop in. i've reach 45 percent of the process. but this text appear on the screen "http error 500". what should i do

Thann you. PHP and MySQL are well installed. i decided to go back to the previous version (prestashop 1.6). everything is ok

Your server is misconfigured. Check if PHP and MySQL are installed.
