Where to start??

I am a secondary student love to work on SQL and SQL+.Web Programing got my all attraction. I have learnt some of html,css through some website.Problem is I dont Know Where to start learning web programing

Start with PHP. Use Databases in your project. You can for example start by creating a simple site where you can post stuff that gets stored in the DB and displayed from the DB.
