Start with HTML, learn CSS and after that JavaScript for front-end.

You should be happy because there are tons of resources to help you out.
My suggestions :
1. Sololearn's HTML, CSS & JS courses
2. "Traversy Media" channel on YouTube. I bet you'll fall in love with that channel. I learnt a lot from that channel.
3. "The new Boston" channel on YouTube by Derek Banas.

..... And there are lots of apps by which you can examine the HTML codes of various web pages...
