Q&A moderating

I wonder how the Q&A is moderated. There is 4 or 5 questions "What is your favourite programming language?" only in last three hours! Lots of spam, asking to do the homework, and questions in non-spoken for the most community members languages. Maybe if it's considered normal, there should be a way to filter the Q&A feed to find questions that really are to be answered?

That isn't really possible at the moment, because as you yourself said, such a huge amount of questions cannot be filtered in such a short timespan.
