if you asked this question in a room full of programmers of different languages then what youll get is a lot of noise ->like this one saying "javascript can do almost anything from making android apps,websites,AI ,embeding in a microcontroller !!!......"it depends the persons experience with the particular language(s) ...each language has its own pros and cons

afterall it depends upon for what purpose you want to use.
Ex- you can't decorate with C++ as much you can do with CSS reverse is true for OOP.
