There are a few Python IDE's for android, but I don't know of any that will compile the code into an APK. Some may support kivy however. Try searching Python IDE on the Playstore.

the real pleasure of coding is on a laptop when you hear the sound of keyboard key clicking, coding on mobile is good if you are doing it just for fun or trying out some short code snippets, but if you really wanna learn use a computer.
