Any way to stick an applet into a jFrame?

*edit* i want to add my applet into a jFrame so that it can run as a stand alone app */edit*
so i made a "game" as an applet (it has multiple classes) but the thing is that i dont want to have to run it in a web browser. applets are meant to run inside other things right? so this should technically be possible right? if so then can some1 tell me how to do it? keep in mind im a noob so i dont understand much of the terminology of things

any ideas on how to add it to a jFrame though? i was originally gonna put it online but because of they are not supported i want to add it to a jFrame instead
