On what basis/parameters are programmers rated in the world?

There are no ground rules upon which programmers are rated. The thing is that after hardwork leading to mastery and a landslide achievement in coding, a programmer may be rated highly. Its just a matter of time before another does something more spectacular. This unending breakthroughs are critical components that do not just make programming fun but also, make the things previously perceived inconceivable to become reality.

There are many reasons, if the best step in this world, the programmer is a real unique person in this or that habitat, it is also possible to compare this profession with the robot of the pilot, manager, bughalter, sportsman, and so on, personally my hypothesis will be that, that programmers will bring a lot to this world, you just imagine we can invent machines, robots, artificial intelligence, and much more, personally I like this way, and I will not go the other way, and I advise you :)
