What are the benefits of challenges in sololearn?

Challenges for me are just a form of fun and if you play against someone you know is a small way of being competitive. Of course, they are also a good way of acquiring XP

But from there I do not think there are much more benefits. Many challenges contain bad practices or are written in a complicated way, which is not something you will see in the "real world". Sometimes there are some curiosities that are learned with the challenges, but I think there are few cases

It’s the same as studying for math. You may not learn anything new but you will greatly improve your logic and quick thinking.
