CSS is incorporated with HTML as a single weapon. Just like what you have in buildings.. HTML gives the structure while CSS gives the aesthetics.

If that is the case as I originally thought , there would be need for more questions to be added to HTML challenges, because the questions that could be asked from the CSS course are grossly under captured.
