I wouldn't think so. It would likely be extremely redundant and slow as many languages are trying to do the same thing. You would have to block off the separate language types so that the program knows how to interpret everything. Now, in a way, Sololearn semi does this. It doesn't handle all languages, but it's built (I assume) on a base language. It has a compiler and interpreter environment that can be switched between languages.
