Which languages should I have to know to get a job in IT industry??

I know C, C++ and Java...... but I want to know more languages.. so which language should I will learn next? so please suggest me

I suggest practicing those languages till you know them even in your sleep (I read a story about a boy who dreams in code)... After you know them at an in-depth level, you'll pretty much be able to get any kind of job... and since programming languages have similar logic, picking up new programming languages, like Python etc, will be very easy.

From what you say you already know, you know crucial languages that employers will pay highly for.
if you really want to learn another language, I suggest python. It's very popular and will be like a walk in the park for you.

i would add SQL too, very important for databases
