If you had to choose from knowing no algorithms but being very creative and knowing every algorithm but not beeing creative...

..What would you choose, based on your experience?

I think is better to be creative and you can learn all algorithms but creativity harder

First one, for I could create my own algorithms, and be a human, not a robot.

Indeed, most modern programming languages are so intuitive that you can do almost everything with a little imagination and some short research.. :)
