For JavaScript, I use either WebMatrix 3 or Brackets, both of which are free IDEs.

For Java, I use Eclipse or NetBeans, but I've heard a lot of good things about intelliJ.

Btw, it's worth pointing out that JavaScript and Java are two different programming languages with completely different uses; they're not related to one another even though they have a similar name, it was a marketing scheme back in the 90s.

I use eclipse to write Java scripts or net bean they are open source easily you can download and use them
