Doubtful. out of the 5 Major Banks in south africa, only One uses Jsp. (Based on my observation)

Here is a post from 2016/7, stating that 80% of the websites in the world run on PHP.

With the new spark of WordPress that powers between 30-40% of all websites, its just making it more popular, since WordPress runs on php.
