Help me to start programming...

I don't know priority of learning

There is no priority. But. I think (I'm a beginner too) you should start with whatever you like, and what you need. There are no necessary languages. If you want to make websites, I highly recommend learning HTML first and not learning CSS/Javascript first (like I did).

Complete at least one of the courses. Then write the code you learnt on Code Playground, run and test the code.

you can start by learning JavaScript here. after that you can move on to other sites that give you virtual assignments and projects which you can then post here and continue the cycle
