Is it safe to instal any program from the store in windows 8 or 10? I mean that it will not load a virus or any thing like that?

I'd say that it's safe as long as it's from a trusted source. You'll have to make the decision based on common sense and reasoning, but I'd say that it should be okay. Be sure to have your Anti-Virus on (ex. Windows Defender).

@Ahri Fox Interesting perspective. I honestly don't worry about that kind of stuff, though. For example, what are the odds of NSA, est. 100,000 employees, being able to spy on 1 million+ Americans all at once? And wouldn't they get bored watching the lives of normal people at home? Just my opinion. However, I do respect your perspective, and I will say that I do admire botnets for being able to connect and use computers like a cluster computer. It's kinda awesome.

Gotcha. If so, I personally don't worry about it. I (as far as I know) haven't done anything to cause suspicion. Is that what Edward Snowden was trying to expose about the NSA?
