Of course there will come an emergence of new programming languages
that will lead into creation of more advanced computer related system like AI and so on

Honestly, I think it'll move in the route of simplicity over complexity, but that isn't to say it isn't advanced in what it's able to do. We're good at always moving in the direction of making things compact and automating the annoying things we do repeatedly. In the end, this saves us a lot of time, which means in the same amount of time we created a lot more stuff than we use to. As a result, we'll be able to create things quicker and move onto further things, so technology should continue to see an increase in the rate of new technology.
Right now we're on a cusp of a new age, and robotics/AI/AC/VR/AR/etc... are about to sweep the planet and become more mainstream, similar to what smartphones did for phones back in 2007. A lot of new technology is coming (already here) and thus I'm sure we'll eventually have new technologies to help create all of the above, just as we've always had.
As well, quantum computing may put a spin (no pun intended) on how we go about a lot of things, so I'm sure we'll create stuff to make that easier on all of us.
With all of that being said, most of what we use now will probably stay relevant for a long while and still more than able to do what we'll need for it to do. I'm not a psychic though, so who knows what the future will really look like?

In fact, it's very difficult to highlight the most popular future programming language. But, i made a list of top5 languages (my opinion)
My list:
1) Java,
2) JavaScript,
3) PHP,
4) C#,
5) Python.
Also, I think, neural networks will be more popular In future. So, if u can - try it out!
Glad if it helped you.
