Should I learn C# with Unity engine for game programming?

First of all, I'm a complete beginner learning to code with absolutely no coding experience. Should I learn C# and also use Unity engine or something like C++ and a different engine like UE4? How long should I study/practice per day? How useful is his app for learning C#? Can I learn purely from this app? I'm also subscribed to plenty of YouTube channels that teach you coding such as Brackeys, Quill18, Sykoo, etc. and I talk many indie devs who self taught on Twitter for tips.
