Need a guideline to become a web developer || Experts Suggestion needed

Hi,I'm noob here.I want a guideline for becoming a web developer.Maybe step by step learning method may help a lot noob like me.
I want to become a full stack web developer. So what path should I follow to become a successful Developer?

You should have good skills in both backend and front end developing.. For front end you should learn html, css, javascript and if possible few javascript frameworks like jquery.. For back end php is easy to learn.. Other than php Ruby is a good choice.. And you should learn structured query language(sql) for database design
