I know java concepts SE and android and newly working on Unity 3D and I want to build popular mobile games based on MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) and real time strategy games like mobile legends:bang bang ,vainglory , AOV, heroes evolved... need some suggestions

and as I know unreal do have same drag and drop features as buildbox ...am I correct ?

what are the platforms in which I can make games from buildbox? and is it freeware ?
