do you have windows? i recommend you to download mingw and set it in your path and then compile through cmd, if you don't want to do it manually install an IDE

for c++ all you need is a compiler. there are many types of compiler for c++ but for beginners GNU is the best. so you need to download gnu c++ compiler.
