PHP is NOT intended as a PROGRAMMING language!

Question

I found myself triggered by this weekend article about php. Did you know, the creator of PHP doesn't like the fact that PHP is being used as a language to build entire websites on? It was ment for an gateway-interface, for what is nothing more than a couple of files instead of whole sites with frameworks and libraries etc. Don't believe me? Ask google! @Freezemage C doesn't support OOP.. However, C++, which is (obviously) build from C, does support OOP :)

And Creator of C didn't want to implement Object-Oriented Programing style.
Do we have OOP version of C?
