If the job market in Nigeria has a decent demand for developers and you are qualified and have experience and/or a decent portfolio and have good interviewing skills then there is no reason you shouldn't be able to get a job/contract as a web developer. However, if you are lacking experience and don't have a portfolio or don't have good interviewing skills, you need to work on that.
