I am having trouble downloading the visual studio community edition when I downloaded it, it said can't open app what do I do

@Blaiz, your tablet runs on Android? why didn't you say so? Visual Studio is for Windows, well that explains everything I guess ;)

Do you have a hash value checker utility on your tablet? if you do try to verify the hash value of the downloaded file with the one mentioned in the download source. If you don't here's a link to hash checking utilities:
