Really need help with html ,php and css on eclipse oxygen.

I downloaded php , js , html and css eclipse oxygen versions, thus I have three eclipse rar folders with I was told to get plugins for eclipse oxygen version java SE...

I too ran out of oxygen during the eclipse at August 21 trying to download php, js, html, and css before realizing it was already included in my browser. I forgot to plugin my laptop just like how I forgot to breathe. I screamed "rar" in my last breathe so that someone could hear me and come to my rescue. My saviour was named folder and we had a nice cup of java after I went to the hospital. I am very grateful.

You should look for cloud ide during eclipse time, which still have lots of sunshine and full of oxygen there. 😂🤣🤣
