Can employer judge my 2 years of experience only on my 30 minutes of interview?

From my point of view employer can't judge my knowledge and the way of my coding in just 30 minutes..

If you're going for a programming related job, they will more than likely test you on something to show your coding skills. The entire purpose of a test is to judge you, whether you write: maintainable, friendly, and/or working code.

Games are constituted by companies in 1 years at least. But the gamers finish them in 8 hours.

But hey guys if any employee is not good codder and if employee know or aware with every type of questions which are asking by company and crack the interview, so that's wrong. Other thing if employee knowledge is good, every thing know about codding but if employee can not represent him/her self or dispersed than after result is rejected not selected, so that's wrong.
