Javascript frameworks or php .. what best after the 3 stack?

need opinions from experience if learning any language first makes the other concepts easier... javascript frameworks fullstack developer or js, php then framework's later.

I get your point but what im asking is if I learn php first,then learn all the other javascript frameworks bcuz from my understanding you can be a fullstack developer using javascript...
I am having trouble implimenting an idea of a web app with basic javascript, not sure what skill to add next.
