I've tried several, and by far my favorite is Treehouse. They have a great, friendly teaching style and their videos are high quality and easy to understand. It's $25 a month, though. Well worth it in my opinion.

If you were going down the Microsoft route then I would have suggested Microsoft Virtual Academy, but that is been phased out.
