in the html i cant"t link the javascript and css Same Time

in the HTML:

in the CSS:

.btn-12{

position: relative;

in the javascript:

start_btn.onclick = () => {
info_box.classList.add("activeInfo"); //show info box
};

ouput Result : button was hidden

but i change like this "start_btn1" and btn-12 or "btn-12h" and "start_btn" it Will Worked
