Completing the course quickly is bad or good?But I revised it again when my course gets completed.

If you understand all the lessons and topics clearly then it is not mandatory to learn slow. If you understand a topic in few time then you should complete your course faster but if you forget anything then revise the lesson again

It is not bad, it only affects if you complete the lessons to earn bits or exp (experience points), if you really want to learn you have to implement what you have learned, you can make a code with what you know so as not to forget the knowledge acquired in the course

Complete is other part but main what you understand in it. If try to clear your doubts and try to understand. I am sure you will never forgot anything

It isn't bad in html as long as you can implement different skills and tags from learning into practice. Be prepared for CSS and JavaScript which will require much more learning
