Why is my certificate not showing all the full details on it. I can only see my name and the course title. kindly check below.

No. Do the first part and they should fix it.
What I mean is that you should give credit for what you get in comparison to what you give.
Expecting top service and the best quality all of the time when you haven't paid anything is not very fair.
