How to remove dislikes and say sorry?

Long time ago I asked a question some people got offended and disliked my codes 🥲 How can I say sorry to them and got those dislikes removed ?

If you feel, you got some type of down vote abused, then you can report to SL. Mod team take action, may remove down votes but note: only on certain rules governed by SL.
If it real, abuse from culprits then those are removed but if it on opinions based then it's may not... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

there's no way to remove dislikes, but you can say sorry to them by clicking on "new answer"

You can't see who down-voted your codes. So I don't think it's possible to get those removed乁( •_• )ㄏ
