What is really going on sololearn

Sololearn please did I violate your page.I have sent messages about the blank white page I have been getting when I run my code.Half of the time my account fails to login and when it does codes won't run.This has been going on for a week.you don't even respond to mails

clear all cache
try force stoping and running
