Can I make PC games if I learn on the mobile app?

I plan on making mainly pc games when I have learnt the coding languages I want to learn (python and c++) but I use the mobile app. Will I still be able to make pc games if I learn on mobile?

yes, you should be able to still make pc games even if you learn on mobile. code taught on sololearn doesn't change even if you use sololearn on another device.
