If you want to create just showcase you can do it with html and css only (bit of javascript maybe) But if you want online buying and so... You will need a loot more than just that. You will need a lot of back end programming on some language like php or so. If you are learning programming, start from easier things. And if you need it, i suggest you to find some cms for that or hire someone
