SoloLearn usually contains answers to questions in layman form which can be easily understood by beginners. While Stack Overflow may provide better and more detailed answers, they will kill you for repeated questions, let alone joke threads and "how old are you" threads.

@Amaan Stack Overflow is an online forum. You may register an account there. I'm not sure if they have a mobile app though.

Try google first. there is a chance that whatever your question have already posted before by someone. unless it is a very specific technical questions.

for beginner's id say sololearn, more intermediate stackoverflow. at the end of the day as a programmer you should join as many communities as possible. plus sololearn is fun!

you can get really good information from StackExchange, but it you don't format your query correctly some people will lose their minds. apparently style takes precedence over knowledge there. yea I try to find answers anywhere but StackExchange if I can help it at all. thankfully most of the questions I have are already solved so I don't have actually ask, just find 😀
