I'm not good at math can learn IT
can I learn IT while not good in math just heard a lot of people say it hard

Imaginations, problem solving skills and mental ability(i don't know what that means) are literally something you develop with a good mathematics background. I'd suggest you take your time to learn the core maths first most especially algebra and calculus then see how much your problem solving ability would increase.
However you can learn and study IT without knowing maths, i think you can go away with maths at some points. Most CS and CE courses have basic to advanced maths as a prerequisite

Umm... Math plays a vital role in programming actually 😅
But a more important role is of imagination, problem solving skills and mental ability 🤔
Actually a person having the above 3 things good cannot be termed as bad in maths (he/she might be just out of practice)
