Sololearn why is this occurring[solved]

I have refreshed the app nearly 10 times and uninstalled it and reinstalled it once but it's not solving https://www.sololearn.com/post/1024748/?ref=app

Well, that's not true. Indeed, this bug appeared in May 2020, then got resolved 2 months later. Though some devices still have to face it (like my previous one). ๐Ÿ™‚
