PRO version

I’m thinking about upgrading to pro, would you recommend that I finish and learn the basics of building a website first? Also has anyone heard of the app programming hub? Also with pro and the certifications will they help me if I wanted to pursue a career with building websites or whatever I’m most interested in or?

1. You can purchase pro whenever you want, it has nothing to do if you wanna learn web dev before...
2. Certifications are not official and I don't think they can help you with your "curricullum"
3. You can get a significant knowledge here even without being subscribed to pro.
