Unity editor running slow

Question

Hi,
Receently I downloaded the Unity editor using Unity Hub version 2.4 . I have the following modules installed in my Unity Editor 2019 LTS support:
*WebGL
*Universal Windows support
I also have 2020 release installed, with the same modules. My laptop specs are:
*Intel Core i3 processor
*Speed 2.3 GHz
*4 GB RAM
When I try to open a project, it takes anfew minutes to boot, and even then I have to wait 1-2 minutes for the editor layout to load. Unity Hub itself is fast enough, though.
