Hi guys I’m have an Assignment/Project to design a website..I don’t know where to begin ..please help

you need to learn HTML & CSS for designing, or you can use Dreamweaver (adobe app that can transform your design into html & css code) but I don't recommend it unless you are in hurry (I haven't try it).
and if you wanna add some interactivity to the page, you need to learn JavaScript.
I recommend you go to YouTube & watch crash courses for HTML & CSS, this way you can learn them in 2-4 hours, but you will forget them quickly unliss you practice what you watch there

Nthope you can also use figma for designing website. You can also learn figma from YouTube as well.
