Which language should I use to develop a website for my school?

I want to develop a website for my school, and I am thinking, which language would be better as well as easy to work with. Please suggest me better one!

HTML+CSS+JS for the design of your web, plus PHP if you want it to be dynamic, plus SQL to store any data you want to be persistent across multiple web accesses.

i sugest starting with html and css. js is responsible for actions on web page and can be added later. first of all use html and css
