yes of course with html 5 all of the browser games are done with html5, css and javascript (but only html 5 is also ok)

no u can't create a game using just HTML.
u need another programming language like Java to create a game and HTML will help you to present it on-line

No, not really. Many other languages are nescessary but i think python does the job.
