Can programming and coding really change our life in the near future?

I have heard of many terms like Int of things and artificial intelligence. Quantum computing is also there. But I couldn't figure out and wonder will these really help humankind and change their lifestyle.

A quantum computer is built from qubits. Unlike a normal computer that is built out of bits (binary transistors), a qubit can hold two different states simultaneously, and is built out of atomic particles at low temperatures. This is possible based on quantum mechanics and the "spins" of atomic particles. However, when we "observe" the state of a qubit, it collapses into a normal number. But when we are not observing it, it can hold two different values at the same time! To learn more, research the double slit experiment with electrons. Quantum computers do exist already in university labs like Stanford in California. However, last time I checked it only had 10 qubits in the entire machine, and it occupied the entire room. These computers have such amazing speed that the prime factorization problem banks and credit cards use to encrypt data can be solved in less than a minute! There is also an emerging field of quantum algorithms, to find a new way to encrypt data that a quantum computer cannot hack.

It's up to human beings to decide if technology helps or harms us. So far, the benefits of technological advances have always outweighed the negatives.

Programming and software developement is the future.Steve Jobs said programming will change the way we learn and perceive the real world.Bill gates even went further and had once said -Everyone should learn how to program computers coz it will help us to learn how to think!!,Today the technology we are using we are not sure that it might change tomorrow and take another form with various modifications and the cycle goes on.There is no end to technological advancements.

Artificial intelligence is the future of Programming. Machine Learning is the subset of Artificial Intelligence. Machine Learning is hugely affecting the world around us. It is applied by Internet Giants like Google to display the search results time boiled down to less than few Nano Seconds of time. It is massively applied in Finance sector to predict the Share Market. It is extensively used in Medical Domain to predict the Servival and Death Rate. It is used in Skin Cancer Diagnosis with good analysis, prediction of the disease and diagnosing it. Machine Learning is used by Motor Giants like Uber and Tesla in building Self Driving Cars and it includes Google's Waymo also. And, in many more areas Machine Learning is applied and it is definitely changing the world around us.
