Where to run PHP5 programs ?

Please help me with the name of s/w and download link.

Use Xampp,wamp for Windows and for Linux it's lamp. for php file editor you can use submlime text (my best choice),notepad++,aptana etc, or you can use ide like phpstorm(paid),or net beans.
